Well I was at the park a week ago my ipod touch fell out of my pocket hit the concreat about 2ft away. I picked it up i had cracks all over even missing glass My warrenty dosnt end until next year Can i get a Referbished on or will apple make me pay. Also most of my screen dosnt work.
