Premiere Pro CS4 problem with lion?

I'm having the same issue. Took me 2-3x as long to edit video. I sure hope someone has a fix. Have a few other videos to work on in the next couple of weeks.

Same problem with Lion (french), big graphic bug !!! I have to go back to snow leopard to keep working, cool -_-

Please someone find a solution !

However, this is not a bug in 10.7. This is a bug in the Adobe software so it will be up to Adobe to fix it.

I'm having the same issue (see my screenshot). I just posted the exact same question before realizing that someone else also posted about it.

I'm not sure about this being a bug in the Adobe software since I didn't have any issues with Snow Leopard.

Not just you. Seems like everybody with Premiere Pro and Lion seem to be having the same issue.

Same exact problem for me. I've called Adobe and showed them them problem. Hopefully a fix comes soon.

Nope, no updates so far. I hope they dont ignore those with CS4

I have the same problem. In the meantime, and this is by no means a permanent fix, after dragging video on the timeline and getting the corrupt timeline images, a quick click on the menu bar seems to clear up this issue. However, every subsequent drag of video will cause the timeline graphics to become corrupt again. Maybe this will help with Adobe's diagnoses of the issue.

I have the same problem and are desperate for a fix...taht doesn't spending money to upgrade if possible!

After the timeline gets all messed up for me I just right-click on any clip and it temorarily fixes the problem!

Not a long-term solution by any means but one none-the-less!

i tried using back Adobe Premiere Pro CS3... it gave me even worse garbled display!

I just hope this won't happen to CS5, my boss just bought the Adobe CS5 Production Premium Bundle prior to the Mac OS X Lion update... will post updates!

Adobe Premiere CS5's timeline works just fine 🙂

Yeah, I did notice using the trial version of 5.5 that this problem does not exist. However, we should not have to spend the money for Adobe to fix this issue.
