OS X Lion - Can't Install Adobe CS 5.5

Add this to the growing list of problems I'm having since "upgrading" to Lion yesterday...

After the upgrade, my Adobe CS 3 apps would no longer run. I received a prompt telling me that "licensing had stopped working" and I needed to uninstall and re-install the Adobe software.

Instead, I opted to finally upgrade to CS 5.5. However, after going through all of the install steps and got to the standard "enter password to allow Setup changes" (paraphrasing), I fell into a "do-loop". After entering my user name and password, the same dialog popped back up. I entered it several times thinking it might want it for each application in the Suite...I stopped somewhere above 25 times.

I tried selecting just a single application rather than the entire Suite, but got the same result. I created a new Admin account and tried the install with that, but also got the same result. I also booted in Safe Mode and tried the install... same result.

I am posting this here rather than the Adobe site since I have recently installed CS 5.5 upgrades on pre-Lion sytems recently with no issues.

Any thoughts?
