Oct 30, 2011 11:51 AM in response to marinesoupby MrHoney,Thank you for mentioning to look in the x86 area instead of standard program files. Worked perfectly using the instructions offered earlier in this thread.
Thanks again

Nov 11, 2011 11:29 AM in response to alan169by albertfromguelph,Hi folks. I have a asus computer running windows 7 and after installing ITunes 10, I experienced a repeat of the applesyncnotifier.exe sqlite3.dll not found problem
my computer is 64 bit, running 64bit ITUNES
after trying various solutions without luck I downloaded a batch file from the website below:
http://www.computerwild.com/Scripts/copyAppleDll.bat
the first run did not fix the problem, but computerwild.com made some small modifications and it should address this problem in most systems, not that I'm a pro.

Nov 20, 2011 11:13 AM in response to Midnight_Voiceby amanda53078,I too am receiving this message when I start my computer. I have read the other posts and fixes. The directions I received where:
Computer
Local Disk (C drive)
Program files
Common Files
Apple
At this point I only have 2 folders to chose from. Internet Services & Mobile Device Support. I do not have a folder Apple Application Support.
Any ideas or solutions? Thanks

Nov 20, 2011 2:57 PM in response to amanda53078by Midnight_Voice,Sure.
You are running Windows 7 64-bit?
You need to carry out the steps using the folder Program Files (x86) instead of Program Files.

Dec 27, 2011 4:15 PM in response to alan169by juliafromberwick,Hi All. I had this exact same problem and tried all the fixes, copying sqlite3.dll back and forth from just about every folder in common files with no luck. Eventually I found a different version of sqlite3.dll in c:\program files and replaced that with the one I had copied from c:\program files (x86)\common files\apple\apple application support and it worked! iTunes opened! I think I had to shut off iTunes helper using task manager first and I haven't restarted yet. Fingers crossed this is a permanent fix.

Jan 12, 2012 5:31 PM in response to alan169by springhoneybee,Hey guys! For PC users, this is a little trick that I tried and it seems to have worked just fine for me.
Go to your Control Panel, and in the Search field in the upper right-hand side of the window, type in 'Administrative Tools' and proceed; you will then go into 'Services'. From here, select 'Apple Mobile Device'. You will then be given the option to Stop or Restart the service. Select 'Stop the Service', wait about 10 seconds, and then select 'Start the Service'. And voila! The error message is gone!

Jan 28, 2012 11:27 AM in response to alan169by Yacky04,After I updated itune and quicktime on my computer, such statement pops up every time when I start the computer
AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found
" The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll"
This appears on my computer every time I start.
Anyone know how to fix it?
