I really hate the "save version" & "duplicate".  I work with a lot of existing documents in Pages and Keynote.  I like the autosave and versions concept except for when I open an existing doc or template and simply edit/add to it and save it as a new document.  You have to duplicate the previous document and then wind up with two open docs on your desktop.  The previous method was simple--and I would love to see it restored as an option.
