Restore bounce to Mail in Lion

Hi,

Does anyone know of a tweak or 3rd party program / patch to restore the bounce button capability?

It seems like I found a possible work around this morning that added the bounce function back via a tweak of the Mark Message as Junk button, but my first attempt at implementing it did not work and I can't find that thread again.

Thanks much!

I don't remember when they removed Bounce but there have been more than one update to Mail since and I have had no problems updating and then adding the patch personally. I've done it more than once as their were new updates. Perhaps it last appeared in Snow Leopard and then I had it in Lion and now Mountain Lion if so.

this thread is really old, and i don't want to keep entering it because it was answered earlier on. I'm referencing the same script called Restore Bounce that i thought everyone was talking about which is at http://download.cnet.com/Restore-Bounce-Mail-Button-To-Lions-Mail/3000-20429_4-7 5629050.html or something like that. See the older posts in the thread near the beginning.

I'm curious, if I use the patch job to restore bounce feature, will that patch impact future version upgrades?

The Bounce feature is mandatory in our organization. Once installed in our Macs I have never seen any upgrades have any difficulties, or cause the Bounce feature to stop working.

I think he was asking about future upgrades.
