How does one stop iTunes 10.4 from automatically playing songs?

In the latest version of iTunes, when I drag a folder (usually an album) into iTunes, it automatically begins playing the last track in the folder. Not a big deal, but I have to pause it, which I'd rather not have to do. Is there a setting that I'm not aware of (or unable to find) that will stop this from happening?
