Playlist problems with iTunes 10.4

Hello all. Just upgraded to iTunes 10.4 on our two macs. Both Macs are having exactly the same playlist problems: We cannot drag songs into playlists and cannot reorder playlists already created. You can select the tracks, but not drag or drop them anywhere. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance...
