We just bought our daughter a karaoke machine for her birthday. It has a screen to display the song lyrics so we are just curious if the itunes karaoke songs include the lyrics. Her machine uses CD+G, and can use an ipod or mp3 as well. Thanks!

The songs labeled "karaoke" in the iTunes Store are simply instrumental backing tracks. They are audio only, and are not actual karaoke tracks.
If you want actual karaoke tracks, make sure you are shopping at an online store that knows what karaoke means. For example, check out https://www.buykaraokedownloads.com/index.php Note that they require special software to burn to the normal CD+G format that will display the lyrics.
