can't remove apps from launch pad

Greetings,

i have installed Adobe CS5 Photoshop and Flash. their uninstallers are appreaing on Launch pad also some apps which i installed from local source.

other than what i download from app store, i can't remove it from lanuch pad, there is no cross on top of their icons when jiggling

any idea how to remove them ???

help is always appriciated 🙂
