Sign Configuration profiles on Profile Manager

I know others are having problems with profile manager but I just can't seem to get sign configuration profiles to work (I think that is what I need). I check the button and it takes me to a screen that shows no certificate. I hit the dropdown to see my SSL cert and all I have is the option to import. On the import screen I need to drag my certificates to the pop up screen but none of my certs from keychain will drag into the window. I already have the cert used on my server and showing up on the Server settings, what gives? I can't enroll any iOS devices because it says the profile is invalid. Any ideas?
