Blowers maxed out

I upgraded my server to Lion yesterday. All was fine ! when I left last night.

This morning I came in to find the server is running and normal except the Fans are running at MAX

I tried to reboot etc but they still come back up to full speed a few seconds after I boot up

Any ideas what i can do to get it back under control
