Game center no sandbox

Hello everyone.

I have this annoying problem.

Untill few days ago i was able to use the ios simulator game center with no problems, but after i installed os x lion(maybe just a coincidence) i cant log in anymore ... I cant even create a new account either ... It tells me game center account services unavailable. (or something along these lines).

I tried uninstalling the devtools completely, that didnt work either. Not even gktapper works.

Speaking of gktapper, i cant get the game center sandobx on my device either. I tried the "log out game center and store, then login from within the app" everyone suggests, but it didnt work, i still get sent to the live game center.

Have you installed Xcode 4.1? Required for Lion.

Yes, ofcourse :)

I do get an error when trying to connect from within my app(which means i DO get in ***sandbox*** mode) something along the lines of gkerrorcode=2 operation refused, im not home till tomorrow and cant verify the exact error codee :(

OK, Im back with the exact errors:

In game center

when loging in: "Could not connect to Game Center server"

when trying to create a new account: "Game Center account services are currently unavailable. Please try again later"

In my app, or even GKTapper, or any other Game Center example from Apple, if I use NSLog(@"%@", [error description]); I get:

Error Domain=GKErrorDomain Code=2 "The requested operation has been cancelled." UserInfo=0x7c379fd0 {NSLocalizedDescription=The requested operation has been cancelled.}

Searched the web but can't find anything about this. all I found is about error 3, 1, whatever, only one with code 2, but with a different scenario than mine.

I also tried "Reset Content and Settings".

edit: I also tried different networks and turning off Lion's firewall 😟

Any help would be apreciated,

Aparently something in my hosts file was wrong, I deleted everything except the important stuff and now it works.

This was strange, since on SLeopard it worked just fine :S
