I have an iPad2 that is fetching mail from hotmail.
If I delete the messages I don't want on my iPad, when the iPad checks for email again the emails appear on my iPad again. How do I solve it?
I want that when I delete an email form my iPad it deletes the email in both iPad and hotmail, therefore if I ever use my computer to check hotmail, all the emails that I have deleted are NOT there.

Then don't access your Hotmail account as a POP account with the iPad's Mail app.
Microsoft copied Google and now supports accessing a Hotmail account as an Exchange account with the Mail app on an iOS device. This will provide what you are wanting along with Push access for received messages and the ability to sync your Hotmail online contacts over the air with your iPad.
