I have a series of finder shortcuts to foldes in the toolbar of my finder window(s) similar to the image below (not my actual screenshot):
Since upgrading to Lion, I can't seem to to remove them using the standard right-click -> remove item. The option to remove the item is not there - just these options:
Any thoughts or ideas?

Hold CMD and drag them off.

cmd+drag it off the tool bar.
