I am unable to access Microsoft Exchange through a VPN (Apani user access url) since I updated to Lion and Safari 5.1

Unable to access Microsoft Exchange VPN (Apani EAC user access.url) after upgrading to Lion and Safari 5.1 Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)
