Where does apple give this iBook to be printed. I am a bit worried the photo printing quality.
and is there anyone who used other printing service?

If you order two separate book they will be processed as separated orders. However, multiple copies of the same book are shipped at the same cost as just one book.
It depends on where you live as to where the book is printed. As for using other printing services I don't know of any that will take the pdf files created by iPhoto for the books to print. All the online printers have their own book creation software, either as apps or only features.

I just spoke to Apple and you CAN NOT combine shipping on different items. (EX: calendar and book) You have to order separately. (Grrr!!)
I have used Shutterfly and Snapfish BOTH allow combined shipping - much cheaper. The iPhoto program is much easier to use since it is on your computer but if you are willing to upload your photos to the sites I mentioned above then they both have nice products.
The finished product from Apple is very nice, I have ordered multiple items before and I am always very satisfied.
