I also can not access the iTunes Store. Very annoying and I have no idea why that is. My iPhone still syncs (others report they also have issues with syncing).

Some official responce would be nice. But most likely won't happen. The bigger a company get's the more silent it becomes.

Ever wondered why?

I have exactly the same problem. Running Windows XP with Firefox browser. Hardware meets minimum requirements and broser is working.

Was syncing iPhone and was prompted to update to latest version of iTunes 10.4. Did that, and now ITunes opens, but won't connect to the iTunes store, nor will any of my Apple devices sync. I have run through all troubleshooting suggestions from Apple website without any success.

Using Windows XP. Problem arose immediately after upgrading to latest version of iTunes; nothing else on the computer changed. That, plus number of similar events now being reported by users makes me virtually certain problem is in the iTunes upgrade. Is Apple acknowledging this yet? By the way, I have tried each troubleshooting suggestion from Apple support site and several from threads in discussion. No help

This is more like what I'm seeing. It IS related to the recent upgrade:

Itunes & Ping load halfway then just blank screen with Apple Itunes logo.

Also, iphone wont sync. I left my phone for 10 hours, no change, itunes just locked and phone never synched.

This is major crap!
