audio midi setup is back

I found this here and tried it and it worked. My audio midi setup is here again, no crashes anymore, all drivers back. I hope this will help lots of people!

Actually this restores it without a reinstall:

If you have admin privileges on your Mac, you can restart coreaudio from the command line as follows:

start Terminal.app

enter the command:

sudo kill -9 `ps ax|grep 'coreaudio[a-z]' |awk '{print $1}'`

press enter

enter your password when prompted and press return
