I have scheduled a movie night and this rental quit before the time, now I have 9 kids waiting for a movie and the e-mail people say they will get back to me in 24 hours.
who are the "email people"? who do i complain to? same thing happened to me!
Steven sorry It took so long to respond, just got your email.9-28-11. Any ways, I complained to itunes e-mail customer service. I had to be very blunt and very forceful at the end because it seemed like some teeny-boper was on the other end not understanding the problem. They eventually gave me two free rentals. Hope this helps.
