Stolen iPhone4

Had a search and couldn't find the answer.

I'm in the UK and had my iPhone4 stolen on Saturday, I've had the phone blocked and have changed any passwords I had saved on the phone. Now all I'm doing is sitting back waiting for inusrance companies to act together to send me another phone. However when I get the new one is there any specific order I need to do things to ensure apps, contacts, music etc.... are reloaded onto the new phone?

Grateful for any assistance.

You will have to activate the new iPhone when you get it and it will ask you if you want to Restore from your Backup. Just click yes.

Thank you, so can I restore on 4.3.3 if that was my last backup?

If the iPhone you get as a replacement has 4.3.5 then it will stay at that iOS but it will restore all your apps, music, contacts, etc. from your computer. Assuming you backed up your iPhone.

Why is that a pain? You connect it, you set it up just like when you got a new one, you let is restore from your backup, you are done.

I never purchased all my apps from the App store, hence why it will be a pain.

Oh, it was jailbroken.

You are right it is going to be a huge pain in the ***. Price of jailbreaking.

You can get TomTom in the App Store. Or are you referring to someplace you got it for "free".

Yeah, I arrested an auto thief one time who explainded to me that if Porsche would just dropped the price of the 911 he would buy one. I arrested him anyway.
