My guess is that Apple does not envision significant additional revenue from the Indonesian market.
Are you sure?? As my understanding Indonesia is the second largest market for RIM after US, since they are entering Indonesia........................

Indonesian is a large or huge market for Apple.. Many authorised reseller open their stores in many location in indonesia. You can found an APPLE Store in every mall or shopping cantre, or, in a university in Jakarta. So, i'm a little bit dissapointed when knowing that ITUNES STore for indonesian Location has limited access.. Don't know why... Hope Apple solved it. For this matter i have send a mail to Apple support centre. hope the can solved it soon..
