i forgot my password on my ipad so i tried to restore and all i get is error messages so i tired every thing to fix it but nothing worked so i called apple support and they are trying to say its because im a developer or i have jailbroken my ipad which i have done neither so i need help. if any one might know how to fix it please help

you must connect your iPad with iTunes on your computer with which it is "logically" connected
by logically, you mean??
as for the first time you've connected your iPad with itunes came amessage that your computer is iPad with this "logically" connected.Now when you connect your computer with this iPad would need tobe reset password
i figured out my password but i still cant sync or update and it is on the computer that it is "logiacly" conected
