how delete incomplete download
I have a file on my desktop that seems to be an incomplete download from Safari. I want to delete it but I can't. Anybody has a solution?

Try right clicking on the file the select get info, make sure you have read/write permissions to the file, if not change it so you have read/write permissions then drag the file to the trash.
nope, can't get info on the file either. Cannot open it. Not even from Safari. Cannot move it. It just sits there on my desktop.
further information. The file has a .download extension. Daniel
Open your browser then open your download window and cancel the download.
