I just purchased a new iMac and have been discovering over and over again that many of the songs I have in iTunes were purchased through my mom's Apple ID when I was still in high school. Unfortunately, every time she changes email addresses, she makes a new Apple ID because she forgets the password to her old one! So now I have songs purchased under two of her (former) Apple IDs, and none of the passwords we can think of work. The most frustrating thing is that iForgot doesn't have any active email addresses on file to email the password to, and we keep getting the message that her birthday does not match Apple's records. Is there any way to retrieve these passwords, or incorporate our former purchases into her current Apple ID?
