You would have had to activate on the iphone itself BEFORE it went missing in order to find it.

I lost mine in Costco. I DID have "find my phone" set up - and it got me pretty close but not close enough. Search for hours and hours but no dice. It probably fell under a pallet or get buried under some clothes. Talk about a needle in a haystack. I wish there were better apps to find phones - like set off a siren or give EXACT GPS coordinates.....

There is no way to track it, siunce you did not set up find my iphone.

How does one lose an iPhone at Costco? Seems like it happens a lot. Glad I don't shop there.

I used to work in retail. I would find 5-7 cellphones in a single shift. People talk on the phone put it down to shop and then walk away.
