Thanks guys... I guess that's just something to be aware of (at least for now). If you're restoring to the same drive, the recovery partition will be fine since it is never touched. If you're replacing your drive, you won't have the recovery partition as it won't be included in the clone. I guess it's not super important (especially since we've never had it before Lion anyway)... but it is nice to know it's there. In the thread that Colin had pointed to, the next best solution seems to be to do a clean install on the new drive (which will create the recovery partition) and then restore your clone which will wipe the clean install and replace it with your clone. That's not a horrible option... ya just have to spend the extra time doing the fresh install first. I guess CCC or SD will eventually be updated to be able to include the recovery partition in the clone.
