SMC SMCD3GNV router wpa2-psk won't connect to apple tv

I'm trying to get my Apple TV 2 to connect to a new SMC wi-fi router from comcast.

The router is set to use WPA2-PSK, I can't get the apple tv to connect, can't get past the password entry screen.

You're sure the passphrase/password is correct, including spaces and capitalization? Ours works well with a Comcast supplied Netgear n-router with WPA2-PSK, at least at that level.
