I have a MAC pro. Downloaded the updates as suggested. Tried to open Safari, BUT I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR - televisionfanatictoolbar won't let Safari open. I tried the suggestions to others with this problem, but still can't get rid of the issue. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. I copied your link and this is what I got below it:

Move the following items in your home folder to the Trash, then log out, log back in, and empty the Trash:
Library/Application Support/TelevisionFanatic
Library/ScriptingAdditions/TelevisionFanatic.osax

Please help! I have the same problem. and I got to the Terminal screen with the same language as the other user LINC David, but HOW do I move that language to the trash can from that terminal screen? It does not allow me to cut only paste? What am I missing?
Use the Finder, not the Terminal, to locate the files and move them to the Trash. Then log out and log back in.

I have never installed or uninstalled "Television Fanatic" myself, and I don't even know what it does. You can search the Web as well as I can.
I have been looking for answers all day! i started a new thread like you suggested.. but i don't know why i can't find those files.. is there any other way to disable all plugins for safari without actually having to open the browser?
I Just experienced the same problem but my terminal app was not able to find Television Fanatic. It took me a long time but i figured it out. So this is what i did and got rid of it....
At the top of your browser select Safari from the menu bar.
Select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Click on the “Extensions” tab.
Highlight the <Toolbar name> extension (for example televisionfanatic, dailybibleguide, etc).
Click the Uninstall button
