How do I rate an iPad app?

You do so on the App Store.

Go to your app, and scroll down to the top of the existing reviews. There is a heading called customer reviews, followed by a button that says, 'write a review'. Thats the place.

I followed the steps siggested here and just rated an app and wrote a review. How long does it tale before the review is posted for others to read?

Reviews are moderated. It may take a day or two.

I have rated one app just to see how the process works. What I discovered after the review finally did appear is that your "nickname" will show up as the app reviewer. I had even forget about having to setup a nickname in my iTunes account, but as I was reading thought the reviews for the app a couple of days after I wrote it, I noticed my "nickname" and then I realized that it was my review.

I expected the review to appear under "Demo" but as I discovered it was published under my Apple nickname.

Talk about a "duh" moment! 😁

I am still unable to add a review to an already installed app on my iPad.

When I go into the App Store and click on an already installed app and scroll down I do not see any "review" or "existing review" section.

Also, under the title of the app name I can see the app's rating but I cannot click on it to add my own review.

When I go to the App Store and click on my app it only opens the app does not give me any place to scroll or any place to rate. How do I write an app?
