.psd photo

I have .psd photo files in my iTunes photo library. I upgraded to 10.4 today. When I did a sync iTunes said it could process .psd files because they will not display. But I have psd files in Camera Roll and they display just fine. (I thought I use to have them in iTunes photo directory and display on the iPad.)

What is happening?
