there is a green line on the top of my video on DVD??

Okay, here's the deal:

HD 1920x1080p footage. Pro Res 422 in FCP, export to QT movie, compress to MPEG-2 best quality 90 min DVD. There is a thin green line on the top of the video footage, but only on the DVD, not when I look at the .m2v files on my computer. Any ideas??
