No Bluetooth hardware found. Please Help ?

Hi People

I am running Mac OS X 10.6.8 on my mid 2010 Macbook Pro 2.4 Ghz. I cant find my bluetooth hardware. Can anybody please tell me a procedure to fix it. It been a long time that I have been having this problem and even the apple guys are unable to fix this problem.

Please help :|

Hello:

Try resetting the PRAM and SMC (instructions in knowledge base articles).

And if those don't work you can try a bluetooth factory reset.
