Safari issue with the new system

Last week my mac installed Lion system. I found when I made safari full screen (it was put in a single desktop) and played music on Youtube, the music will stop if I change into another desktop. But itunes works well. Is there any problem with safari setting? Or it's the bug of the new system. Thank you.

P.S. safari worked well before the system updated.
