I have checked my preferences and it's all set to sync but only certain calendars are synching but they're all checked. Any ideas? I typically sync to mobile me which pulls it down to the various computers... And my mail isn't working on an outgoing basis but I'm receiving emails.
Anyone else having these issues?

It works for me,you can try add accounts in system prefs mail,calendars pane and also in every app like mail and calendar etc.
Also if you choose privat browser in safari and reset everything when go .me it ask you to configure mail,icgat etc so may doing all it sync..
Thanks for the tips but I have already tried this. However, when I open mobile me, it does not have a place for me to check to sync iCal; it has simply disappeared as an option. In fact when I first opened, it was there but then as things updated, it simply went away! What gives?

I am having the same trouble with synching. In fact I was hoping to find a solution on this forum. In order to check my multiple email accounts via Apple Mail, I have to Mail - Synchronize - Email Accounts manually in order to ensure I am receiving mail from all of the accounts.
Hopefully Apple is working on it now and we'll see an improvement in the next update. In the meantime I hope that someone else has a better idea.
