Moving rejected clips to trash erases keywords

Hi,

I'm having a frustrating time with iMovie 11 at the moment. I've just spent a long time going through the video in an event and tagging it with keywords. Once done, I manually rejected some untagged sections of the clips. So far so good. However, when next I try to move the rejected clips to the trash, clips that had both a keyword and a rejected section have their keywords removed.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of the rejected sections of my footage without losing keywords?
