Lion Internet connection problem

Diagnostics says I have an Internet connection and all my other computers and devices connect, but cannot connect in Lion. Worked to begin with after install, but left computer on overnight, and now this prob. with both wifi and wired. Restarts, zapping pram have not helped. Ideas?
