Can you Boot on the original DVD ? If yes try to start a diagnostic with the diagnostic tools. If it does not boot try a PMU reset: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2183

If you cannot do anything after that, have you MacBook Pro looked at by an Authorized Apple Partner or better take it to an Apple Store.

You have not installed new RAMs or HDD by yourself by chance ?

Repititive tones with pauses between them indicate that the RAM is failing a self check. What, if anything, is the LED light on the front doing? Question seconded - did you install RAM recently? Regardless, it might help to remove and reinstall the RAM.
