I can't sync with my itouch anymore, it basically freezes whenever I try to backup or sync.
It lags my computer, please help fix this problem!
Thanks

Jul 30, 2011 12:27 PM in response to ipodlover1987by maursett,Same problem for me. Since I got the update for Itunes to 10.4.0.80, the Itunes store opens halway and then hangs. Unable to connect or download music etc.
I'm using Windows 7 and Bullguard. Bullguard have spent all day trying to sort it out without success.
Getting angry and annoyed by this.
Seems a lot of people have this problem. Apple will be losing business before long, so hopefully that may get a fix sorted.
Cheers.

Jul 31, 2011 2:17 AM in response to ipodlover1987by maursett,HI
I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Seems to me Apple are going to lose a heck of a lot of orders as a result of this. There seem to be quite a few threads about the problem so it is clearly a serious issue for them to get on and resolve.
