Itunes wont let me add any more music

I recently had my computer wiped, and im restoring my itunes. I re-downloaded it and am putting my music back and adding new. Ive only added 79 songs, then put a cd in. I dragged a song from the cd into music and it downloaded it. The orange circle at the side froze? and i thought it had completely frozen. I then cancelled importing cd. It only downloaded one song.

and now it wont let me add any more songs! not from different cds or dragging other songs from my music folder into the library
