Q: How do I reconnect my camera

I have lost my camera and all programs using inbuilt camera say "no camera installed"

If you have really lost all your camera software, reinstall all of your Mac's software using the instructions given in your iMac's user guide (manual).

Otherwise, update your Mac OS and other software to latest versions.
Example: Mac OS X 10.6.8 v1.1

If problem remains, use Apple's http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090 suggestions
