I want to print more than one Excel 2011 worksheet to a pdf file. The Save as pdf file saves each worksheet separately as a different pdf, and uses the single filename I choose. Net effect: only the last worksheet is saved. Microsoft forum says its a problem with MAC OS. Beats me

I have the same problem. A work around would be to set up the ADOBE PDF printer as a separate printer, but MAC OS doesn't seem to allow one to do this either.
This makes PDF printing EXTREMELY cumbersome, because every worksheet must be separately named, saved, then combined later. AKA "unworkable".
Can someone in MAC OS land please listen and fix this bug? Thanks!
