I cannot hyperlink a slide show to other slides in keynote for iPad. Any help here?

When I bought my iPad a year ago I could hyperlink slides in keynote. Now with iOS upgrade the feature is gone. So I created new version on my Mac Book Pro and sent it to my iPad. Now, all hyperlinks are stripped from the file and can't recreate them either. Conversion to PDF works great except every player wants to show menu stuff. These are for an interactive display and need to stay on show at all times. Bulletproof is the word here.

Anyone know a solution or a PDF reader that can run in some type of kiosk mode?
