Apple ID Billing Information
Can I use my parent's credit card for the billing information under my name? I don't have a credit card.
Not without their approval. And you must be 13 yrs of age or older to create an iTunes account.

Yup, I just turn 13 this month. I also got their permission. But the cardholder's name would not affect my ID name right?
Please stop opening multiple threads on this topic! The reason that the age is restricted to 13 is becasue Appple expects that you are mature enough to use an account. This is not a showing of maturity.
so what the solution in these case?
i also dont have credit card.
