Searching NTFS partitions worked perfectly till i upgraded in lion , i tried on the terminal
"mdutil -i on -V Volumes/V" , but it did't work, although it says indixing enabled! Thank you.

You you using 3rd party NTFS driver?
You may need to uninstall if you did Lion upgrade, and reinstall, or upgrade version, or another 3rd party driver that is compatibily.
You can't index if it is read-only which suggests you used MacFuse or Paragon or such 3rd party.
Yes i already did uninstall Paragon, and installed the new version (wich supports lion). I can read & write ntfs partitions, but i can't search!
I am also having the same issue. I installed the latest Paragon NTFS and am still having these issues. Most likely OS related.
Help please, this wastes a lot of my work time just searching for the files manually.

I've tried a few differnt terminal commands posted in various places, but THIS one worked for me (Mac Mini 2013, Paragon NTFS driver v9.5, External Seagate NTFS drive):
Go to Applications - Utilities - Terminal
Type in:
/usr/bin/mdutil -i on /Volumes/NTFS_DRIVE
(Enter)
/usr/bin/mdimport /Volumes/NTFS_DRIVE
(Enter)
Where NTFS_DRIVE is the name of your NTFS external drive. Put quotes before and after the drive name if your drive name has spaces in it.
There's nothing to stop you from searching an NTFS drive, or copying files or folders from it. You just can't do any kind of write operation without installing third party software.
