iTunes store is not working

Ever since latest iTunes update, I am unable to load iTunes store.


iTunes radio is working just fine, so it is not internet connection on user end.

I haven't been able to load itunes store for the past 2 months. I was on the phone with apple support for over 4 hours this weekend and the problem still isn't solved. I have tried EVERYTHING they suggested and went on the boards to try new things. Now I'm wondering, could there be something wrong with my computer even if i sent them the data report from my computer? Everything is fine with the report. I'm looking for anything that will help.
