Musical Buttons in Loops pane still disabled after installing extra content

Hi, I have GarageBand11, and have downloaded the extra material, but when starting a new project with the loops pane, and Musical buttons visible, several of the buttons are disabled, Vocals, Celesta, Harp, Harpsichord, and English horn. I restarted GarageBand after the install, and other loops that were disabled are now fine, but not these. Any ideas please? Are these extras bought as Jam Packs? Using the link to "Learn about Jam Packs" in GarageBands app menu, returns a Page Not Found error , but I have seen other places to get them on the net, if I need to.

GarageBand (Mac) '11, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Thanks HangTime, what about Spectrosonics samples like vocal Planet, I was looking at the ILIO website, and I know they are expensive, but can they be used in GarageBand? They seem to come as CDs for Akai or Roland, does it matter which you get?
