I posted my discontent on the scroll arrows and a disabled veteran not being able to use two finger swipe to scroll. Apple was quick to remove my post. Why?

Probably because this forum is not for "discontent" but instead it's for Users to seek help from other Users for the problems they may have. And remember, when you joined up to the forum you agreed to these terms of use. There is no censorship. There is keeping your word.

Is there anyone else out there that does not have use of all their fingers seperately and thus cannot use two finder gestures and has found a way to scroll using the now-defunct arrows?
No one on older machines has access to any of the new gestures in Lion. We are all still scrolling. How did you scroll in Snow Leopard? Does that no longer work?
No, but you can click on the scroll bar and drag it. Is that workable?
