why wont my iphone update, I run 2 other iphone 3gs off the same pc and they update fine?

hy wont my iphone update, I run 2 other iphone 3gs off the same pc and they update fine? I keep getting an error message on the iphone 4 only saying that the disk I am attempting to use is full. Again I dont get this with any of the 3gs updates etc.
