ColorSync stopped working after Lion upgrade.
I have seen other posts here about apps not working (e.g. dual screens) but the common denominator is that ColorSync has stopped working after the upgarde to Lion. Prior to that, I could use sliders to select tones (i.e. RGB or CMYK) in any application - now it is not there. The ColorSync utility identifies two files with incorrect tag length, and then says it can't repair them as they are locked. In older posts (2009) they say to change the protection on some files under Library/ColorSync ... but even though ColorSync utility says this is where the faulty files are, that directory doesn't exist on my drive.
Is there a way of getting around this problem, or is Apple planning to fix what they broke?
